Cardworks Servicing LLC – a company that provides account servicing;

Gryphon Corp. – a company that provides account administration services for Zelkova Acquisition LLC under a contract; and

Credigy Solutions Inc. – a company that provides contract employees to Gryphon Corp.

Sharing with Third Parties. Zelkova Acquisition LLC does not share collected information about customers or former customers with third parties, except as permitted by applicable privacy law. For example, collected information may be shared in certain circumstances (A) with third parties, to service or enforce accounts, (B) with consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus), and (C) with law enforcement officials, to protect against fraud or other crimes.

Why Can’t I Limit All Sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only: sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your credit worthiness; affiliates from using your information to market to you; and, sharing for non-affiliates to market to you. Zelkova Acquisition LLC does not share your personal information in ways that would allow you to limit such sharing.
